All of the systems we install are energy efficient, environmentally friendly, and have zero service requirements once stationed on site.

Engineered & built with superior quality in mind to withstand an industrial environment, our cool down trailers meet heat-stress management guidelines. They are designed with ergonomics in mind, utilizing materials that reduce fire load along with graffiti, and offer zero servicing that creates cost-savings to customers. All units are inspected and certified by a 3rd party. These units feature

1. Certified Steel Structure (12 gauge, 2 1/2 “ steel frame) fabricated and installed by TNT Structures,
2. Two 10,000 BTU Cooling Systems that are replaced annually,
3. 1" thick spray foam insulation (Foam it Green)
4. All electrical components installed by licensed electrician,
5. 18’ Utility Trailer, featuring

a.Fully lighted to D.O.T. requirements,

b.Treated wood floor,

c.2- 3,500lb. 5/16” A-Frame coupler axles 

d.2,000 lbs. Top Wind Jack, and stabilizing jacks

e.Conduit Tubing to protect wiring.

4. Handrails for 3 points of contact while entering & exiting trailer

6. 4’ T5 High Output water sealed LED lighting for nightshift employees
7. Exterior light for nightshift activities
8. Water tight light switch at entrance of trailer
